I have been in the Pest industry for over 35 years and there suddenly seems to be a spate of new companies popping up with these fantastic claims of ridding homes permanently of rodents by completely sealing up exterior cracks and holes. Sounds great doesn’t it??? But not so fast. For a mere $2000 to almost $6000 ( and yes I have copies of the quotes ) they promise you a lifetime almost of no mice or rats. Well Caveat Emptor or buyer beware……In the last two weeks we have done two complete rodent eradications fully guaranteed that both had spent thousands of $$$$ with these companies and not only did the rodents come back, the company failed to fix the issue. They have both provided Google reviews stating such and you can find them by googling action pest hamilton google reviews.
